Delivery Coverage

We deliver products all over Bangladesh with 100% doorstep delivery service.

Courier Partner

Currently, we use Steadfast Courier for deliveries. However, courier partners may be changed at any time due to operational or delivery-related issues.

Any courier or shipping-related updates will always be mentioned on this page.

Delivery Time & Charges

Inside Dhaka

Delivery Time: 24 to 48 Hours
Delivery Charge: ৳75

Outside Dhaka (All Over Bangladesh)

Delivery Time: 2 to 4 Working Days
Delivery Charge: ৳135

Note: Delivery charges may increase depending on product quantity, package size, or weight.

Delivery Conditions

Delivery time may vary during public holidays, political situations, natural disasters, or courier delays.
Customers must provide correct name, address, and phone number while placing orders.
If the courier is unable to contact the customer or the address is incorrect, delivery may be delayed or canceled.

Return & Exchange Policy

Product Checking During Delivery

Customers are requested to check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.

After the product is received and marked as “Delivered” by the courier, complaints regarding wrong product, damage, or missing issues may not be accepted.

Size Exchange Policy

If you face any size-related issues, please contact us as soon as possible.

Exchange requests are accepted only if the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Size exchange depends on stock availability.
If the same product is unavailable in your required size, we may offer another available product/category in your size.

Customers may need to pay the courier/exchange delivery charges for size exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or reject-quality product, please contact us immediately with proper proof (photo/video).

After verification, we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Change of mind after order confirmation
Personal dislike after delivery
Used, washed, or damaged products by customer
Complaints made after long delay without valid reason

Order Cancellation

Levazo reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

Product stock unavailability
Suspicious or incomplete information
Delivery limitations
Unavoidable operational issues
