We provide delivery service all over Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

Inside Dhaka: 24–48 Hours
Outside Dhaka: 2–4 Working Days

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information.

Return, Exchange & Refund

Customers are requested to check products in front of the delivery person during delivery.

Once the product is marked as delivered and the delivery person leaves, complaints or refund requests may not be accepted except for verified damaged or defective products.

Size exchange depends on stock availability
Change of mind is not acceptable
Products must remain unused with original tags and price tags attached
Removed tags or damaged packaging will void return/refund eligibility

Refund approval remains solely under Levazo’s review and policy conditions.
